Present plans call for the firm to remain in the same general location and to expand the staff gradually over the next several years to insure that it remains able to keep pace with the fast changing accounting and tax environment.

The firm prepares tax returns for foreign individuals and entities applying their expertise of the tax treaties that the United States has entered into with several European countries. The firm's principal, M.J. Porter, travels annually to Europe to meet various clients and their finanical advisors to discuss their Unites States investment objectives and goals.
